Northern Lights Excursion & meeting reindeer at Santa’s Secret Cottage in Pello in Finnish Lapland

Join us for a magical northern lights hunt around Lake Puolamajärvi in Pello, Finnish Lapland.

Experience Overview: Our adventure begins at our reindeer farm, perfectly situated north of the Arctic Circle, away from urban light pollution—ideal for northern lights viewing. You’ll embark on a scenic trip through the forest in a sled pulled by a snowmobile, searching for the elusive auroras. Along the way, you’ll visit our reindeer enclosure, where you can meet and feed our reindeer.

At Santa’s Secret Cottage, located next to the reindeer fences, you’ll enjoy a cozy, warm setting where we’ll prepare a traditional “reindeer herder’s kiss” dish (a snack) and hot drinks. Step outside to continue your northern lights observation.

Important Notes:

• Dress warmly, including proper winter shoes (we do not provide winter clothing).
• Seeing northern lights is not guaranteed as they are a natural phenomenon.
• The activity does not include a meeting with Santa Claus, but only the visit of his secret cottage when the old man is not there.
• Feel free to bring your camera and phone.
